Big Bang revolves around two complete stranger who turn their night into into whack up adventure . Release in 2007 this movies Stars two of Korea’s talented actors Gam Wu Sung who won the Best actor for his performance in the box office Korean hit “King and the Clown’ and Kim Soo Ru.Following their previous collaboration in the 2005 comedy A Bold Family They are at it again on this one
The plot begins with Man-Su (Gam Wu Sung), an office worker who is a “always follower” and a very deligent man, due to his rule obsessive nature it put him at a very bad situation with his wife who confronted him one morning that their relationship is not working and a divorce is set, to make matter worse he is also informed the same day by his boss that he was fired. Soon the indignant Man Su went over the edge and decided to fight back against the system by urinating on a wall. He was placed under arrest. In the meantime while at the police station a financially troubled YANG Cheul Gon made a disturbance at the station just so that he could get arrested. Cheul Gon convinced Man Su to escape and after one thing leading to another, they found themselves running from the law. Armed with a pistol and a stolen police car, they went on a rampage with a purpose of making things right.
Bing Bang is one movie that should get more than it fair share of a great movie. Director Park Jeong Woo created the first 20 minutes of the film as a slow process of developing each lead characters role.After that the movie turns into a plot of cynical laughs, energy, high-speed chases, chaotic shootouts and creative use of flashbacks. It’s a movie that portrays the sad fact of rule abiding people such as Man Su being victimize by a corrupt society, and how his mere misdemeanor turns in to an all out adventure of destruction, and their is the good for nothing Cheul Gon who has been in and out jail who seems witty at times but incited numerous failures after failures attempt to resolve Man Su’s wrong doing.

The movie is very well made, with good script and plenty of action. What separates this movie from the others is the unique relationship between the two lead characters. Despite a roller coaster ride of up and down mishaps, they really have clicking chemistry. Few films are made to have sad ending and this is one of them, Director Park made the finale by inserting cut flashback
Overall Big Bang is not your typical movie, it may not move you due to its dark comedic antic and unwisely chosen soundtrack. But it is sure one of the most entertaining film that Korean filmmaker has to offer.
